ADAPTABLE HIGH ALPINE TOURING SPECIALISTS

Robust, technical softshell pants for high alpine tours

Highlights

• Clever features specially designed for alpinists
• Smart material mix combines scuff resistance with breathability
• Wind- and water-resistant

From sunny glacier crossings to stormy walks along ridges – high alpine tours require adaptability. The answer: The WESTALPEN SOFTSHELL PANTS for women, feature an innovative material mix that contains merino wool and offers robustness and breathability. 100% reliable for complete focus on the mountains.

The elastic MERINO NATURETEC material mix and robust MERINO NATURETEC RIPS inserts in the knee areas make these pants extremely durable, breathable and comfortable. The merino wool on the inside is pleasantly comfortable, while the firm weave structure on the outside is wind- and water-resistant.

One especially smart feature is the quick-gaiter system, which completely replaces gaiters. Thanks to the tunnel construction, the cuffs can be quickly and easily adjusted to fit seamlessly over mountaineering boots. Abrasion-resistant Dyneema® instep straps and lace hooks keep the pants in place when walking.

Other features that have been cleverly designed for alpinists include Dyneema®-CORDURA® protection against sharp edges, side ventilation zippers, anatomically shaped knee areas and an adjustable waistband.

The WESTALPEN SOFTSHELL PANTS for women are PFC-free and climate neutral.
