If you are buried, the patented³ Smart Antenna Technology increases the reach in transmit mode by automatically switching antennas. For maximum reach in deep snow: The PROBE ALU 320+ is our longest aluminum avalanche probe and was developed for use in very deep snow. An additional 40 cm extension piece can be screwed on, if required – for even longer reach. The robust steel cable system ensures consistent tension, while the voluminous probe tip facilitates penetration into compacted snow. Both components are easily replaceable, thereby extending the service life of the probe and helping to reduce material consumption and waste. UIAA-certified for maximum reliability in emergencies.
