PRO ACCESS GUIDELINES

  1. ORTOVOX PRO ACCESS helps mountain pros adequately equip themselves. Our special pro products and exclusive prices help experts working as educators and trainers, mountain and ski guides, or mountain search and rescue – and who therefore have a higher demand for equipment – make mountain sports safer. There is no entitlement to membership. It is a non-transferable privilege based upon trust and respect. Membership is explicitly limited to private individuals or small businesses subject to VAT.
  2. Purchases are intended exclusively for your own use. The purchase of products as gifts, for third parties or for resale is not permitted
  3. Participation and purchases made within the context of this participation are based on the assumption that you are a private individual or small business in accordance with our T&Cs.
  4. Participation does not grant an automatic right to purchase products. We reserve the right to limit the items on sale. It is not possible to reserve or preorder items. The annual purchase volume is limited. We reserve the right to make changes at any time to the participation and purchasing conditions or to the guidelines, or to terminate participation without compensation (e.g. in the event of misuse) without notice and without specifying a reason. ORTOVOX accepts no liability for misuse or fraudulent use of customer accounts by third parties.
  5. Participation is valid for one year from the date it is issued and must be extended by sending in updated and complete documentation. Customer accounts include a function for this purpose.
  6. Support your local dealer: Many of our specialized sporting goods dealers offer special rates for mountain guides, mountain rescue workers and similar. If this is true of your local ORTOVOX dealer, make use of their offer and support your local mountain sporting goods dealer.
  7. Please remember that in your professional role, by participating and by using our products, you are fulfilling a representative role for the ORTOVOX brand, which is intended to help advertise ORTOVOX and its sporting goods partners. Please conduct yourself accordingly.
  8. We also ask that you please refrain from trying on items and seeking advice in your local sporting goods store before purchasing items from the ORTOVOX online store. We’ll be happy to help via phone or email. If you are unsure about which size to buy, we suggest you buy a range of sizes. Getting everything shipped to you once and then making one return is more environmentally friendly than placing several orders one after the other if the product does not fit.
  9. Please do not talk about your participation and the associated price benefits. These are confidential. You would be harming us and our retail partners.
  10. Returns and complaints can only be processed through our online store. Our sporting goods partners should not be burdened with questions about returns or complaints if the goods were not purchased from their store. Misuse would lead to the termination of the membership.
  11. As a pro user, you often use our products under harsher conditions than is normally the case for private use. This means that the products wear out faster and we reserve the right to class such signs of wear as normal wear and tear. It does not represent a material defect. We will offer you repairs at a reasonable charge if possible.
