Our application process

We care about more than your professional skills. Your personality, values and passion matter just as much. We’re looking for people who share our enthusiasm for the mountains, mountain sports and sustainability—and who are motivated to make a difference with us. What drives you? Which values matter to you? Tell us what contribution you’d like to make and what makes you unique.
We start with a Teams interview so we can get to know one another. You’ll learn more about the position, the team and the working conditions. We’ll get to know you as a person and learn about your motivation, knowledge and experience. If it feels like a good fit for both you and us, we’ll invite you to meet us in person at our office in Taufkirchen. Depending on the position, you may be asked to prepare a case study or a practical task for this more in-depth conversation. We’ll make sure there’s plenty of time to answer all your questions.
