120 TEC T-SHIRT M
120 MERINO TEC
FROM THE ROCKS AND FOR THE ROCKS
In the 120 MERINO TEC line, we use a material mix made from 85% virgin wool (MERINO) and 15% polyamide.
What makes this material so special is the ELABORATE MANUFACTURING PROCESS (CORESPUN Technologie by © Südwolle Group) of the exclusive yarn: The finest Tasmanian merino fibers are spun around a stable core of polyamide fibers. This spinning technique creates a yarn with a smooth fabric appearance and low volume.
This allows the development of materials that combine the STABILITY and DURABILITY of polyamide with the proven qualities of merino wool.
The casual T-shirt for men offers maximum freedom of movement – for every maneuver. At the same time, the 120 TEC T-SHIRT not only cuts a fine figure on the rocks: thanks to its discreet logo, the small side pocket and the rock print, this climbing shirt is definitely also suitable for everyday life. This makes the 120 TEC T-SHIRT perfect for summer in the Alps.
Tested and recommended by the VDBS
Since summer 2018 ORTOVOX has been expanding its long-term partnership with the Verband Deutscher Berg- und Skiführer (VDBS – German mountain and ski guide association) from emergency equipment into the clothing sector. ORTOVOX is not just a supplier for the VDBS; it is now also working together with the VDBS on project development. Products that we have developed and tested together bear the VDBS logo.
THE NATURAL PARADISE OF TASMANIA
100% of the merino wool from this collection comes from the Australian island of Tasmania. The wool from this natural paradise is high-quality, thin (17,5 microns at ORTOVOX), and tear-resistant. But just as important for us, this material is ethically and ecologically sound. We have very high expectations of the farmers. A large portion of their working time is committed to ensuring sustainable farm management and animal welfare.
The model is 1.80 m tall and wears size M.
