Robust talent for movement
Robust, casual-cut organic cotton pants for varied days in the mountains
Robust and durable: Our ENGADIN PANTS for women from the MERINO SHIELD VINTAGE line are at home in alpine regions and are ideal for demanding mountain tours and rugged summits.
Thanks to a loose cut, anatomically shaped knee area and special material mix with sustainably produced organic cotton (GOTS certified), our ENGADIN PANTS for women are extremely comfortable while remaining robust and durable. The cotton blend can withstand at least 120,000 abrasion cycles in the Martindale test, which measures scuff resistance. Features such as MERINO HERITAGE inserts at the waistband increase comfort and, thanks to fine merino wool, are moisture regulating. Belt loops and adjustable ankle cuffs mean our ENGADIN PANTS for women will fit perfectly at the top and the bottom. All your small essentials can be stowed in the three front pockets and the back pockets with and without zips.
Whether you’re in the Bavarian foothills, the Dolomites or Engadin in Switzerland: When wearing our ENGADIN PANTS for women you’ll be ready for any spontaneous adventure.
MERINO SHIELD VINTAGE
MERINO SHIELD VINTAGE stands for a symbiosis of organic cotton, polyamide and elastane. The elastic material mix provides freedom of movement and makes the line both breathable and robust. The cotton used is also sustainable, organically grown and certified in accordance with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)
The cotton used by ORTOVOX is organically grown and certified in accordance with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). The GOTS is a globally applied standard for processing textiles made from organically grown natural fibers. It defines not only the environmental requirements for the whole textile production chain, but also social standards that all processors and manufacturers must adhere to. Quality assurance is carried out via independent certification of the whole textile supply chain.
Our wool has its origins at the heart of a natural paradise. Where the air is at its purest, the food rich, and the climate moderate – this is where the best merino wool in the world can be found.
