ROBUST SKI TOUR BACKPACK FOR UNFORGETTABLE MOUNTAIN EXPERIENCES

Versatile, technical and comfortable ski touring backpack for demanding tours

The HAUTE ROUTE backpack line has been around almost since the birth of ski touring. Following a new makeover, we are now sending the HAUTE ROUTE 32 out ski touring. This backpack is now much lighter and, thanks to the use of Cordura® and double-layered 420D Manstar polyamide, even more resistant to abrasion. We have also revamped the O-Flex back system: more technical and slender in appearance, it distributes the weight in a tried and tested way between the hips and shoulders to ensure outstanding wear comfort. Typical in this tour backpack are its many features and the access to the main compartment from the back. This new version also comes with crampon fastening, a fixed helmet net, a map compartment and an external rope fastening.

This pack is so good that both my wife and I have one. I also have the Ascent 30 pack, so check out my review of that pack as a compassion. I love this pack. It's is heavier than the Ascent, but that's because this pack has more structure to it, and as such, is more comfortable when carrying skis or heavy loads. I really like the zipper on the back of the back that gives you access to everything inside. The shoulder straps area very comfortable, and this pack can be synched down when you don't have much in the pack, or expands out to carry anything you could need to a day of touring. I highly recommend this pack for anyone other than someone looking for an ultra-light pack.
