warranty

Our ORTOVOX products reach the market after careful selection of materials, professional production and extensive quality control. All of our safety products and backpacks come with a two-year statutory warranty beginning on the date of purchase on the dealer invoice.

Damage caused by accidents, normal use, wear, or improper handling are excluded from the warranty. In cases covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the product. Acceptance of a warranty claim shall not cause the warranty obligation to be extended, nor shall it cause a new warranty period to begin.

If, despite intensive quality control checks, a product should prove to be defective, please contact your dealer or the store that sold you the product. The dealer/store will then contact us and send the product to us. We will inspect the product and, if it is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired, exchanged or refunded.

We will contact you in the event that the damage is not covered by warranty.
