How to Draw a Line
In February 2025, one of the most impressive, entertaining and visually striking freeride films ever was supposed to be created in Georgia. The mountains surrounding the small town of Mestia are wild, high and steep—in theory, the perfect canvas for drawing big lines for the new ORTOVOX freeride film. But plans do not always match reality.

Our mission was to redefine freeriding for ORTOVOX and create progressive products that unite function and style. To do so, we immersed ourselves in the freeride cultures of Scandinavia and North America. In resorts, shops, and out in the backcountry, we explored trends, analyzed needs, and talked to riders.
The result: the Ravine Series. Casual yet highly functional products that make a strong statement, stand the test of time, and carry forward the ORTOVOX heritage of protection and natural materials.
