Leider kann ich diese Jacke nicht empfehlen und möchte auf den schlechten Kundenservice von Orotovox hinweisen. Ich habe mir das Vorgängermodell vor 3 Jahren gekauft schon nach kurzer Zeit war die Jacke am Kinn verschlissen und auch an den Seiten (durch die Zugbänder) waren Löcher in die Jacke gescheuert. Ich hatte ja gedacht ein hochwertiges Produkt (bei dem Preis!) zu erwerben. Ich habe die Jacke reklamiert. Zunächst hieß es sie sei nicht mehr zu reparieren. Nach ca. 2 Monate eMailverkehr (man konnte mir keine zufriedenstellende Lösung anbieten) wurden 2 Flicken auf die Löcher genäht und ich bekam die Jacke (Kinnstelle weiterhin kompett verschlissen) zurück geschickt. Portokosten durfte ich natürlich selbst zahlen. Ich bin wirklich sehr von der Marke, der QUalität und dem Kundenservice enttäuscht. NIE WIEDER ORTOVOX! Jede Jacke vom Discounter hält länger! Of course I had to pay the postage myself. I am really very disappointed with the brand, the quality and the customer service. NEVER AGAIN ORTOVOX! Every jacket from a discount store lasts longer!
