Why ORTOVOX?
I believe, with ORTOVOX I have a very good partner by my side. Shovel, probe and transceiver are simply a MUST that one should always carry in the mountains. Of course you should ideally be able to handle the equipment to save lives in the worst case.

Safety tip on descent?
You should never be out alone in the open country and should know where your descent leads to, or it can be equally dangerous!

First descent with alpine skis at the Greimuth Couloir on Loser.
