Gerd Gradwohl / Alpine Skiing (GER)

Highly myopic with a 5% eyesight capacity, Gerd Gradwohl has a significantly reduced perceptual awareness of colors and contrasts. In spite of this severe disability, he actively participates in various sport activities such as karate, biking, mountaineering and sport climbing up to 8+ red pointing, sometimes even with his son, Noah.
Since 2001, he has been a member of the National Disabled Ski Team. In 2004, he produced great results together with his new companion: Three-time German Champion in slalom, super-G and giant slalom, one second and two third places in the world cup. .

The ORTOVOX team financially supports "Peppi" in order to assist him reach his big goal, a medal at the Paralympics 2006.
