The utilized wool fabrics made out of Merino and sheep’s wool d are natural products offering unique properties. They vary according to the raw material so they need a special user’s care.
Sportswear
If you originally bought your ORTOVOX garments from an authorized ORTOVOX dealer, we grant a two (2) year ORTOVOX factory warranty on defects in material or workmanship for all of our garments.
The sportswear sales receipt date initiates its warranty period. Defects caused by normal use, wear and tear, accidents or improper use are excluded from warranty. In case of warranty, we repair or replace the product. Warranty services neither prolong nor renew the period of warranty. We contact you when the defects aren’t covered under warranty.
