Description
The 3+ utilizes the most advanced avalanche technology on the market. If you're buried, the patented Smart-Antenna Technology will detect your position in the snow and switch transmission antenna to almost double the range of the signal, ensuring the fastest rescue possible. If you're searching, signal separation technology allows you to flag multiple burials and a clear, real-time display indicates the direction and numerical distance of your buried friend. Circular displays and acoustic signals help pinpoint the location. A motion sensor automatically switches the beacon back to transmit mode in case searchers are caught by an additional avalanche. The 3+ software can be updated to keep up with the latest technology, and to save energy and dollars, it's powered by just a single AA battery.
